There is never an additional fee for setting up an inflatable rental. Delivery is included within 12 miles from our warehouse in Clermont, FL. If beyond 12 miles the delivery fee varies based on distance. There is a delivery checker button on each inflatable rental’s page that will give you the delivery fee.

When you rent a bounce house, waterslide, or obstacle course, we always deliver before your event. We make every effort to have you set up at least an hour ahead of your event. This time does not count against the rental time.

Pick up will be after your party or event ends. We do not pick up later than 7pm. Contact us if your event ends later than 7pm.

You can reschedule without penalty up to 24 hours before your event start time. The deposit will be applied to the new scheduled date. If you cancel at least one week in advance of the event date, you will have the option to reschedule or refund the deposit.

Once we have arrived at your location, it is considered delivered and no refunds will be offered. That includes if weather has impacted your event, as we do not control the weather.

The shortest period is our standard 6 hour rental. You can rent for less, but the minimum we charge for is our standard rate.

Choose your inflatable category, then select the bounce house, slide, or obstacle course you want. Add it to your cart, enter your event date and time, and proceed to checkout to see your total and confirm your booking.

Our base rental period is up to 6 hours. You can rent a bounce house, waterslide, or obstacle course for longer if needed.
